How onboarding works

HomeProof onboarding takes about 2–3 minutes. You’ll share basic home info, pick your plan, and upload optional photos.
Within 24–48 hours, we build your personalized HomeProof Plan.

What happens after onboarding?

You’ll receive an email confirming:

  • Your HomeProof Plan is being created

  • When to expect delivery

  • How to submit additional information

  • Where to ask for help

Once your plan is ready, we notify you by email.

What information should I prepare?

Here’s what helps us build the most accurate plan:

  • Heating & cooling system type

  • Water heater age

  • Roof age (estimate is okay)

  • Photos of mechanical systems

  • Photos of anything that concerns you

You can skip anything you don’t know.

How do I update my home details?

If you move, replace equipment, or renovate, simply send us an update on the Submit a Request or Submit a Photo page.
Your plan will be adjusted within 24–48 hours.
