HomeProof is a home maintenance concierge. We create a personalized plan for your home, send you clear reminders, help you triage issues with photos, and guide you on when to DIY vs. when to call a pro. The goal is simple: less anxiety, fewer surprises, and a clear plan for your home.

No. HomeProof does not sell repairs, warranties, or insurance.

HomeProof is available remotely. We build your plan and give guidance based on your location, climate, and home specifics. As we grow, we’ll expand deeper local contractor support in more regions.
How HomeProof Works

You’ll go through a quick onboarding where you share basic home details, your address, and any photos you’d like us to see.
Within 24–48 hours, we build your personalized HomeProof Plan and start your reminders and support. -
Your plan includes:
A 12-month maintenance schedule specific to your home
Monthly and seasonal tasks
Predictive alerts for key systems
A simple way to track what’s been done
Clear explanations for why each task matters
Higher tiers add concierge-level support, contractor guidance, and coordination.

You’ll receive monthly and seasonal reminders focused on the tasks that actually matter for your home’s age, climate, and systems. Each reminder explains:
What to do
How long it takes
Why it matters
What happens if you ignore it
Whether you can DIY or should hire a pro

You send us a photo or short description of something you’re worried about, a stain, crack, leak, noise, or system behavior.
We review it and reply with:How urgent it seems

First steps to take
Whether a contractor is recommended
What to ask or mention if you call a pro
This doesn’t replace a licensed professional on-site, but it gives you clarity before you make that call.

We combine real-world construction and home service experience with structured checklists and smart automation. When something needs a true professional on-site, we’ll be honest about that. Our goal is clarity first, not guessing.
Plans & Pricing

We offer four levels of support:
Home Plan — Your personalized HomeProof Plan + monthly reminders + basic issue triage.
Home Concierge — Everything in Home Plan, plus deeper guidance, faster responses, pricing guidance, and forecasting.
Premium Concierge — Everything in Home Concierge, plus line-by-line quote review, an annual remote audit, and priority review.
Full-Service Concierge — Everything in Premium, plus contractor coordination and a dedicated Home Manager.
We also offer a limited Founding Member option (Concierge-level support at a locked-in rate while spots last). Full details live on the Pricing page.

Plans are billed as a recurring monthly or annual subscription through a secure payment provider. There are no setup fees. You’ll always see the full price before confirming.

Yes. You can cancel before your next billing cycle and you won’t be charged again. No penalties or cancellation fees.

That’s normal. Most homeowners don’t have a “big issue” every week.

We’re keeping this to a small group (example: 25 homeowners) so we can deliver a high-touch experience and refine the product responsibly.

Yes. Founding Members get Home Concierge-level support with:

Contractors & Local Help

Most HomeProof members use us for guidance, planning, and triage helping you understand what’s going on and what to ask for.
For Full-Service Concierge members (and in select areas), we can help coordinate contractors and manage the process.

No. HomeProof is built to stay on the homeowner’s side.
If we ever introduce partner relationships in the future, they will be clearly disclosed and structured so they don’t influence the guidance we give.

Photos are used only to help assess issues and understand your home. They’re stored securely and are not shared publicly.

No. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. We don’t store your full card details on our own servers.
