HomeProof provides home maintenance planning, reminders, issue triage, and guidance based on the information you provide.

We are not a licensed contractor, inspector, engineer, or emergency service provider.
Our guidance is informational, not a substitute for professional inspections or repairs.

You are responsible for deciding how to act on the information we provide.

2. Services & Subscriptions

HomeProof is offered as a recurring subscription (monthly or annual, depending on your selection).

Features vary by plan. Details are listed on our Pricing page and may evolve over time.

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. No Emergency Services

HomeProof does not provide emergency services.

If you are experiencing:

  • Active flooding

  • Fire or smoke

  • Gas leaks

  • Structural failure

  • Immediate safety risks

Contact local emergency services or licensed professionals immediately.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your home

  • Use HomeProof for lawful purposes only

  • Understand that recommendations are based on limited information (photos, descriptions, etc.)

Incomplete or inaccurate information may reduce the accuracy of guidance.

5. Contractors & Third Parties

HomeProof may:

  • Provide general contractor guidance

  • Review quotes or scopes of work (depending on plan)

  • Coordinate contractors for Full-Service Concierge members (where available)

We do not guarantee contractor pricing, availability, quality, or outcomes.

Homeowners always contract directly with contractors.

6. Billing, Renewals & Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

You may cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
No refunds are provided for partially used billing periods.

Founding Member or promotional pricing remains valid only while your subscription remains active.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeProof is not liable for:

  • Property damage

  • Financial loss

  • Contractor disputes

  • Decisions made based on provided guidance

Our total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for your most recent billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, plans, templates, and materials provided by HomeProof are owned by HomeProof and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of HomeProof constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
