Any recent storms or changes
System age (if known)
How long does triage take?
Founding Members: same day
All other plans: within 24–48 hours
Will HomeProof tell me if something is urgent?
Yes. We classify issues into:
Emergency — act immediately
Urgent — schedule within days
Monitor — keep an eye on it
Low Priority — fix when convenient
