How do I send you a photo?

Upload any pictures or videos of what’s concerning you.

What types of issues can I submit?

Anything, including:

  • Leaks

  • Roof concerns

  • HVAC noises

  • Water heater rust

  • Electrical panel questions

  • Mold, stains, cracks

  • Contractor concerns

If you’re unsure, send it anyway.

What do I include for faster triage?

Helpful details:

  • What you noticed

  • When it started

  • Any recent storms or changes

  • System age (if known)

How long does triage take?

  • Founding Members: same day

  • All other plans: within 24–48 hours

Will HomeProof tell me if something is urgent?

Yes. We classify issues into:

  • Emergency — act immediately

  • Urgent — schedule within days

  • Monitor — keep an eye on it

  • Low Priority — fix when convenient
